Admissions: Executive J.D.
Admission to Executive J.D. law degree program at the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence is a competitive process which gives students an opportunity to further advance their life and career and influence the progress of society. The Admissions Committee of the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence is responsible for the final decision as to the admission of any applicant to any program at the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence. The Admission Committee is made up of the Dean, and Members of the Board of Trustees, Members of the Faculty, and members of the neighboring communities of San Diego. All admission decisions are made without regards to sex, race, color, ancestry, religious creed, national origin, disability, medical condition, age, marital status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or veteran status.

Criteria for admission to the Executive J.D. law degree program at the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence include the following:
  1. Prior baccalaureate degree from a recognized college or university; or equivalent; or Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university;
  2. At least ninety percent (90%) of all college pre-law p
  3. Prior overall grade point average of at least 2.0; or equivalent;
  4. Be of good moral character;
  5. Have a completed and submitted an Application for Admission;
  6. Have completed and submitted a Personal Statement;
  7. Have completed a Personal Interview; suggested, not mandatory.
  8. Appropriate level of Maturity.
  9. Apparent Ability for graduate study or the study of Law.
  10. Consideration of Special Circumstances.
Graduation: Executive J.D.
Graduation from the Executive J.D. law degree program at the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence include the following:
  1. Must have satisfactorily completed and received credit for all required courses
  2. Complete 85 Semester Units
  3. Maintain a Grade Point Average of 2.00 or greater in all classes completed;
  4. Have NO Honor Code violations
  5. Must have submitted a Petition to Graduate
  6. Must have satisfied all financial obligations to the College
  7. Must have been in compliance with all rules and regulations of the Aristotle University College of Law
