All students of the Aristotle University College of Law will have their admission and continued enrollment at the College based upon an Enrollment Agreement. Students may decide to cancel their Agreement on or before the first day of instruction and obtain a full refund or cancel after the first day of instruction, as explained below. Such cancellation by the student must be in writing and requires that the student complete the Notice of Cancellation of Enrollment Agreement form provided by the Aristotle University College of Law. Refund checks will be mailed within 30 days from the date of Notice of Cancellation made by the University.
