Buyer’s Right To Cancel
Pursuant to California Education Code § 94810, as a student at the Aristotle University College of Law, you have the right to cancel and stop your Enrollment Agreement and obtain a refund. If you withdraw, stop or cancel your Enrollment Agreement prior to, or on the first day of the semester (provided no classes have been attended) (known as the “Cancellation Period”) all tuition and fees shall be refunded without penalty or obligation except for the (Application fee of $50.00), and all costs of materials purchased shall be refunded (provided such materials have not been used).

Your intent to withdraw, stop or cancel your Enrollment Agreement must be made in writing, preferably using the University’s Notice of Cancellation of Enrollment Agreement, and is effective on the postmarked date of the mailed Notice, or on the date the written Notice is delivered to the Office of the Dean of Students. Any Notice of Cancellation of Enrollment Agreement must be sent or delivered to: Aristotle University College of Law, at 6185 Paseo del Norte, Suite 200, Carlsbad, California 92011.

For online courses, the student shall have the right to cancel until midnight of the eighth (8th) business day after the first lesson was emailed (or electronically dispatched) to the student in digital form.

If a student intends to withdraw, stop or cancel their Enrollment Agreement at the Aristotle University College of Law after the Cancellation Period, i.e., after attending classes, then any refund of tuition and fees shall be refunded according to the Tuition Pro-Rata Refund Policy as described below.
