| The Aristotle University College of Law shall comply with all Federal laws requiring universities to provide reasonable accommodation(s) to students with documented disabilities that may substantially impair or limit the students’ ability to achieve their maximum academic potential. Students with a disability have a right to reasonable accommodation in accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act. Any student requesting such accommodation should inform the Dean of Students, in writing, of their requested accommodation. Each request for an accommodation shall be examined on a case-by-case basis. The Dean of Students, or the Dean’s designee, shall meet with the student to assess the student’s individual needs. |
