| Security Interest in Student Records |
| Any student at the Aristotle University College of Law may be prevented from receiving any degree, diploma, certificate, or official transcript until all financial accounts, current or otherwise, have been settled and satisfied in full. Such documents shall be retained by the Aristotle University College of Law as security for such obligations until they are satisfied. |
