Proctored Examinations
All Examinations for online courses or programs at the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence must be taken in-person by the student and monitored by a Proctor. Students may submit names of individuals who may serve as Proctors for such purposes. Names of Proctors may be submitted by the student to the Dean of Students via email; the Dean of Students will notify the student if the Proctor has been approved. If the student is unable to locate a Proctor the Dean of Student shall assign a Proctor.

Proctor Request Forms will be provided to students in advance. No Examination will be given to students enrolled in online programs unless and until a Proctor has been assigned. Alternatively, the student may take any Examination at any of the campuses of the Aristotle University College of Law, and a Proctor shall be automatically assigned by the school. Although it is preferable that the Proctor be a professional attorney, other professionals may be considered (e.g., physicians; librarians; CPAs; etc). The Proctor may not, in any way, either directly or indirectly, be related to the student, or be associated with the student in any social, educational or employment activity. The Examination must be taken by the student in the Proctor’s office. The Proctor must mail the original student’s answer and Examination to the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence and must also fax (or send as email pdf attachment) to the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence.
