Acceptance / Enrollment - Notices & Disclosures (For Accepted Students)

Upon enrollment and registration at the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence, a new student of law shall be provided the following Notices and Disclosures as may be required by various State of California regulatory agencies. These Notices and Disclosures are provided here for the new students review and signature.

Should any additional information be required concerning a specific Notice or Disclosure which is listed, please do not hesitate to contact the Dean of Students at the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence at any time.

At the bottom of each Notice or Disclosure or Form, the student will be required to type in the word “YES” to the answer of the following statement:

As a prospective student of the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence, I, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge and certify by my signature below that I have received a copy of, read, reviewed, and understand the following listed documents relating to my enrollment in the study of law at the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence, and that I have had an opportunity to ask any questions I might have regarding these documents.

The student hereby agrees that typing in the word “YES” shall constitute the students legal signature and assent to the particular Notice or Disclosure or Form which is being considered. A total of eighteen (18) acknowledgements, notices, disclosures or forms will be specifically included for the students signature and assent. The include the following:
