Aristotle University
Aristotle University was founded in 2006 in the State of California, USA. Aristotle University is the parent and home of the Aristotle University College of Law (Carlsbad and Temecula Campuses (which provides on-site residential legal education in pursuit of the Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master in Laws (LL.M.) degrees); the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence (which provides on-line distance legal education in pursuit of the Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master in Laws (LL.M.) degrees); and the Aristotle University School of Public Health and Research Institute.

Aristotle University College of Law, as the first created school of Aristotle University, has received and holds a FULL FIVE (5) YEAR APPROVAL (the maximum attainable in the State of California, USA) as a California private postsecondary degree-granting institution of higher education so deemed by the State of California, Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE). Both the Aristotle University College of Law and the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence have also been granted degree-granting authority from the State of California Committee of Bar Examiners, State Bar of California. Accordingly, students at either the Aristotle University College of Law (Carlsbad and Temecula Campuses) or the Aristotle University Institute of Law and Jurisprudence, who are pursuing the J.D. degree for state licensure in the State of California, are eligible to sit for the California State Bar Examinations.
