The Aristotle University College of Law has an extensive library which includes the foundational texts and treatises of law and surpasses the library requirements required by the Committee of Bar Examiners. Each and every student of Aristotle University College of Law, and Faculty, shall be provided with access to LexisNexis, and accordingly, they are provided exposure with the greatest wealth of legal educational materials accumulated in any part of the world. LexisNexis provides our students with access to 5 billion searchable documents from more than 32,000 legal, news and business sources. Additionally, Aristotle University College of Law students have access to numerous San Diego County Law Libraries for use of their law library facilities. The library at Aristotle University College of Law shall be open according to posted schedules.

The Aristotle University College of Law Library contains the collections required by the Committee of Bar Examiners of the State Bar of California, as well as numerous additional other volumes, documents, research texts, and other materials including multiple disciplines. Accordingly, the Aristotle University College of Law library houses the following volumes: (1) a digest or encyclopedia of California law; (2) an annotated set of California codes; (3) published reports of the decisions of California courts, with advance sheets and citatory; and (4) a current, standard text or treatise for each course or subject in the curriculum of the Aristotle University College of Law for which such a text or treatise is available.

Both the Carlsbad and Temecula, California campuses of Aristotle University College of Law have complete library facilities as required by the Committee of Bar Examiners, State Bar, State of California. Oversight of our Law Library is provided by our Law Librarian services which are available to students upon request.
