Practice of Law in Other States
Study at, or graduation from, the Aristotle University College of Law may not qualify a student to take the Bar Examination in other states or satisfy the requirements to practice law in other states. Accordingly, if a student intends to seek admission to practice law in a state other than California, the student should contact the admitting authority in that state for information regarding the legal education requirements for admission to practice law. Additional information can be obtained from the publication entitled Comprehensive Guide to Bar Admission Requirements compiled by the National Conference of Bar Examiners (www.ncbex.org).

It is the intent of the Aristotle University College of Law to prepare its students and graduates to enter the legal profession of the practice of law in the State of California. Accordingly, the academic program and curriculum at the Aristotle University College of Law is designed in accordance with the published recommendations of the California Committee of Bar Examiners.

Students enrolled in the Aristotle University College of Law who desire to qualify to take Bar Examination in States other than California, and to practice law in jurisdictions other than California, must contact the jurisdiction in which they plan to practice to obtained their requirements of graduates of law Colleges not accredited in that particular jurisdiction.

Students must be aware that the Aristotle University College of Law makes no representations and no warranties as to the admission requirements of any State Bar Association or Organization in any other State, nor whether the curriculum requirements and academic program at the Aristotle University College of Law will satisfy such admission requirements in other States. The Aristotle University College of Law makes no representations and no warranties as to whether the curriculum requirements and academic program at the Aristotle University College of Law will satisfy the eligibility requirements to take a State Bar Examination in any other State.
