The Aristotle University College of Law requirements for graduation, whereby the Aristotle University College of Law shall confer the J.D. degree upon its students (inclusive of the J.D. degree which is State of California Bar Examination qualifying) the Executive J.D. degree (which is not State Bar Examination qualifying) and the LL.M. Degree, shall include the requirements as listed below.
J.D. Degree (In-residence Onsite) – California State Bar Qualifying
- Must have satisfactorily completed and received credit for all required courses
- Must have satisfactorily passed the FYSLE
- Must have completed 84 Semester Units
- Maintained a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.00
- Must have completed 270 hours of instruction in four (4) twelve month periods
- Must have attended no less than 80% of all classes enrolled
- Must have had NO Honor Code violations
- Must have timely registered with the California State Bar as an entering Law Student
- Must have submitted a Petition to Graduate
- Must have satisfied all financial obligations to the College
- Must have been in compliance with all rules and regulations of the Aristotle University College of Law
