Student Grievances
The Aristotle University College of Law encourages honest and vigorous intellectual exchange between students and their Professors. When academic issues, complaints, or problems arise between students and their instructors, students should first seek to resolve any such issues by first contacting the particular instructor with whom there may be an issue. Should contact with the instructor not resolve the issue to the student’s satisfaction, the Student may contact the Office of the Aristotle University College of Law, Dean of Students, in writing, and request further review and consideration. Grievance processes will be accordingly afforded to all parties concerned. Any unresolved complaints may be directed to the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, 400 R Street, Suite 5000, Sacramento, CA 95814-6240.
